Will you or won’t you need a Covid test to travel to hospital in Nicosia
I BELIEVE people with medical appointments in Nicosia are 'exempt' however this is in the news today.


As of 5am on Wednesday November 18, all those persons exempt from the travel restrictions will additionally be required to display a negative PCR [coronavirus] test that has been issued at most seven days prior to the date of travel.

If Paphos has now been isolated off from the rest of Cyprus

Then the virus has to stop here in Paphos first

What is happening though between Limassol and Larnaca and Limassol and Nicosia?

When Limassol was quoted as being the absolute hotspot of Cyprus and not Paphos?

Limassol is locked down also, as the situation is worse there than in Paphos. There are checkpoints on the highway either side of Limassol as well as the approach to Paphos.

It is to do with how many infections per 100,000

Limassol has highest rate...followed by Paphos

Hopefully the restrictions ...will bring the ratios and numbers down

The government have clarified that you don't need a test to go to Nicosia for medical treatment.
