Is your virus hygiene up to scratch?

I saw this and thought it interesting, and surprising

Try this test
When you have finished your daily shop, put some glitter (best) or curry powder or any coloured spice on your gloves / hands then when you get home, go through your current hygiene routine.
After you have finished, have a look for any glitter / spice that is still there…you might be VERY surprised.

It is amazing how different and thorough that it is...that we are used to doing

She also emphasized that that drying your hands completely is also very important
Because if you leave your hands damp ...your body temperature with the residue water makes an ideal ground for germs to grow on

Excellent advice...same as the glitter and spice one
