Our lovely 2 bed apartment,fully furnished with good quality furniture,covered parking,communal pool,fly screens,heating for winter,fans for summer(provision for A/c) fabulous sea views to front and side,hills to the back.Valued at 132.000 euros for quick sale but would consider a property of equal value in the UK/France/Spain for an exchange as we can no longer fly and need somewhere we can drive to. We have no mortgage and there is no problem to reassign the title deeds through the developer.(these are due shortly anyway) Happy to consider any genuine offers so please contact me if you are interested. |
