Our car insurance for the "north" (occupied areas) runs out shortly and they have told me
they have all doubled recently.
Makes no difference where you buy it - same price.
Does anyone know the reason/s for this 100% increases?
The TL has gone down in value about 30%, but that does not explain such a huge increase.
The Litre's fall in value caused the TRNC "Govt" to increase all vehicle policies by TL40.00, but the
increase for visitors (from the "south") is typically TL540.00!
