With the warmer weather starting to creep in, I have noticed several vehicles up Tsada hill that have broken down for a number of reasons. These cars have been newish as well as aged cars. What checks should we be doing now to avoid Spring/summer problems Simon. |

The best cure is prevention. Check your water Dailey this sound too much but you will get into a routine and if you notice a change you can act on it. If you don't check for a month you could have a small leek that will leave you empty and district your engine. While checking your water look around the engine for water marks that my be a small leek. Look at the condition of you radiator if you can see though parts of it this is bad and will reduce cooling. If you car starts to overheat put on the heater and turn off the air con. Air con generates heat that will not help your engine. If no heat comes out of the vents this is very bad as there is no water in engine. |
