Hello PaphosPeople. Has anyone seen or had personal experience of any home/pro audio shops/stores/agents in Paphos area ? I'm in the market for a single amplified 'studio' bookshelf monitor, many thanks in advance. Thanks, Geoff.

I suppose it depends on your view of 'studio'. You may be able to get something suitable from Nicolau Electronics or Riccos Music House (or at least ask the latter for recommendations), but I suspect that you are going to have to go to Limassol or more likely Nicosia to get real pro studio gear (or perhaps import the more specialist products yourself).

well certainly in the view of very amateur home studio - I don't really need studio gear specifically just would prefer a bookshelf speaker with amplifier built in to reduce power socket and footprint requirement ! Hi, Elvicom on Evagora Pallikaride Ave, might be able to help.

Go to O'neils bar and speak to Stammy (Bass Guitar) his good lady works at a pro music store, also Limassol has some good pro audio stores down and just off Archbishop Makarios Avenue, Tilirides to name just one.
