Are there any ladies out there who fancy coming along to this class with me. It's on at the Venus Beach on a Monday at 4.30pm for an hour. It's a mix of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates and is thoroughly invigorating. There is no jumping about or anything, just stretches and balance techniques (I'm still a beginner) but after the class you feel re-energized.

PM me if you want any more details.

I also stay for the Spin Class (RPM) afterwards 5.30 - 6.30 if this suits any of you better, but get there quick as it's quite a busy class.

Would love to but would be a tad expensive for me - it's a good class, done something similar here. It's weird cos you don't feel like you are doing anything at the time but afterwards you are right, you have a buzz. Enjoy :D

Next time you're over, bring your kit!!!

Missing Body balance this afternoon and going straight for the RPM class at 5.30.

Did a Body Pump class on Wednesday and my living life, I ached for 3 days afterwards, loved it!

I might have been interested except that I go to a yoga and pilates class on Monday mornings and often ache after that!.
Don't think that my body could cope with 2 classes on the same day..

Sadly Mike he does the big finger class and says swivel, not spin..
