I sent an important item of post to the Isle of Man two weeks ago and as at yesterday it had still not arrived. Does anyone know if post from here goes first to England and then on to Isle of Man which might cause a delay? Have to say that post from here to England is normally received within the week.

Yes, it does go via the UK, then by ferry from Heysham (that takes about 4 hours)
