Where on earth can I purchase my ticket?????

I can't do it through the national lottery website as I don't have a debit card.... HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You can buy a ticket, but you will experience big problems when (if) you win if you do not have a UK address.
They do not just dish out prizes without checking that all their rules have been adhered to.

Although Cyprus is in the EU the EuroMillions lottery has only about 9 member-states eligible to take part at pressent.
