Paphos People

Have had flights booked since Oct 2008 for this summer. Get a letter today saying the return flight has been cancelled on 10th Aug so we have been rebooked for 12th Aug. Well, did anyone think to ring and ask me if the 12th Aug suited me? No, they didnt.

So i've been on to them to ask for alternatives and it will either mean losing 3 days or a week off my hol, if they agree to sawp it. Always travel CY and never had a problem before, well, apart from the delays.

So, i'm waiting on a call back and i'm gearing up for battle, especially if they try the old trick of wanting money to change booking when it's not my fault!!!!

Well, a speedy response and a positive outcome! Plus, instead of coming back from Larnaca (which i'd booked cus it was over 400.00 cheaper than the ret from PFO) i've got us onto the expensive PFO flight i originally wanted for the price i paid from Larnaca. Only downdside is i've lost 3 days off my holiday.

Never mind, can't complain at 3 weeks hols.

Be careful flying with Cyprus Airways now, they have finally caught up with all of the overwieght luggage that we bring back. They are charging excess baggage now, its a bit of a shock especially for the Cypriots who are well known to come back absolutely loaded.
