Papantoniou in Chlorakas is cheaper for sugar €0.88 cents kilo, milk 1 ltr was on offer at €0.94cents, normally €1.06 (The 1&1/2 litre works out more expensive €1.80) ie:- 2x 1&1/2 =€3.60 or 3x 1 ltr €3.24) Cheaper when on offer!!!

Any body find cheaper prices please?

Seriously, if that's a shopping list for Neil I would change the whole milk for skimmed and maybe chuck some fresh fruit and veg in there too....

Well just a quick review of the situation tells me were about on par with the Uk reguarding supermarket shopping but when you take the big picture ie.local taxs.fuel costs etc etc were still a lot cheaper than the UK. :pint :cheers 8-)

We normally buy 30 medium size fresh eggs for eu 4.00
from Comet, which is underneath Steptoes furniture shop in Kato Paphos.

Also the prices of chicken & chicken wings, legs fillets etc. are cheaper.

Most of the 'biggies' are doing a budget brandy for about £7

Aldi's cheap brandy is excellent for making brandy sours with their cloudy lemonade and a few splashes of Angostura Bitters.
It's under £7
