Hopefully now all the recent fuss is settling down, I would like to put forward my feelings. I am an almost daily reader of both CL and PP.
I find both forums to be very friendly and informative. I have gained a great deal of useful information and help from both forums. I cannot see why there is so much dislike towards CL from this forum though.
As I have said, I read both forums most days, but do not post to often. When I do post it is because I need information, or it is a subject that is of interest to me.
With the recent problems I cannot understand people who do not agree with admin doing what they think is best for the forum.
You only have to visit CF to see how a forum will develop without proper admin control. Perhaps people that do not want control, should logon to CF instead of PP or CL.
When they have departed, then maybe PP and CL will live in peace together. Unfortunely though there will always be another idiot to follow the last to cause trouble again.
Not intended to upset anyone, just my feelings.

As you said, it was settling. Why the need for another thread?

I, like you, don't post very often, but I don't miss much. I haven't joined in the shenanigans so far, but for some unknown reason I have replied to your post...I guess I have now added to it too. Shall we let it die?
