I think I've been a silly boy :(
I've been doing a lot of heavy lifting lately and I think something has gone "pop" if you get my drift
I'm lucky enough to be covered for medical expenses in Cyprus from my old employer back in the UK. :D
I therefore need a recommendation for a good private clinic/hospital that can sort me out.

Brian.

i had my appendix out in Blue Cross, a family member has been treated in Iasis. I cannot vouch for the medical prowess but if i were to need to go back i`d be confident.

If you are covered by insurance
then go to the Isis , I stayed in there 2 nights
with kidney stones ,,, I can tell you it was good all round..
apart from the bill !!! .. I was not covered at the time :tickedoff

The Iasis is very good, been in there many times and had excellent treatment each time I have been in.

Also been in the Evangelismos I would give the Iasis and 10 and the Evagelismos an 9.

Hope you are soon better.

I would give the blue cross a miss but thats because of personal experiance.

My daughter had to have her nose cauterised and because she got in such a state they had to put her under general anesthetic to do it, everything was ok until we were handed the bill which was 348EUR. Mum and Guy had to go to the bank to get more money out for me as they would not take my card. I counted the money out three times to the lady and know it was correct as i was left with 10EUR to go to the chemist and get the cream that Mia needed for her nose.

Within 5 mins of leaving the clinic the lady i gave the money to called me to say it was 100EUR short and i know damn well it wasnt as i had counted oit out in front of her, she to had counted it and stamped and signed the invoice. I said she had made a mistake...she said she would check again and call me back. She called me back again and said it was still 100EUR short, i told her again that she had made a mistake and she put the phone down on me...this was 2 months ago and havent heard anything else so i feel that the woman was trying to rip me off....i am not silly with money and know how much i had given her...i checked my purse and called my mum twice to make sure she hadnt given me 100EUR less than i thought...but i also counted the money out 3 times  :huff

I would back the Evangelismos against ALL the rest, speaking from 2 years experience when my wife was ill.

The rest just add to the overall cost needlessly, especially Blue Cross and Royal Artemis

If itsa popping in the muscles/boney area, maybe a visit to a general doctor, followed by a visit to a chiropractor etc , may be better...

Nothing like a good crack and rub down

I went to the Evangelismos yesterday for an EEG, and was very impressed with the place. Had to go private, as could not get done at the General.

Just give us all the symptoms and we'll give a diagnosis by committee....

No need for a diagnosis by committee.... Self diagnosis is that I think I may have given myself another hernia. B***er.

Look like a trip to either the Iasis or Evangelismos then.
