We have a rental apartment in Peyia and are on the committee of our complex.
We have been advised by a fellow member that the communal water meter has been removed by the water authority thereby disabling supplies to the pool (not that we are filling from the tap!!) communal showers and toilets.
Has this happened to anyone else?

I live in a complex of 27 Villas & apartments in Chlorakas. Our communal pool water meter was removed on 1st April 2008.(All communal pools I was led to believe) Since then "Leptos" maintenance "Vesta" have supplied our complex with a road tanker refillable water tank for irrigation and a road water tanker comes at intervals to top up our infinity pool. (I was told by tanker driver that this water comes from a bore hole in Yeriskipou.)

Also our communal showers and toilets door has been locked since 1st April.
