The answer is No. The Police and Group 4 or whoever can't keep track on criminals who are tagged and even if they could keep track the courts will not do anything to anyone who breaks their curfew cos let's not forget our prisons are full and even burglars are not being sentenced to prison so what's to stop anyone breaching their curfew ?
How the hell and who the hell could properly monitor and deal with teens breaching a curfew ?
Forgive me for sounding off. Our estate is plagued by young people who have had a bad roll of the dice, the polce copter has been over twice today and is over twice most days and at least once during the night, by over I don't mean passing over, I mean hovering over.
