If you share a pool with just one other dwelling YOU ARE AFFECTED. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO EMPLOY A LIFEGUARD WHO MUST BE ON DUTY AT ALL TIMES YOUR POOL IS IN USE.
This requirement is soon to be placed on rental Villas even if their pool is not shared
