We have again the pleasure of the film teams from the A Place in the Sun programme over and they are looking specifically for 3 bedroom homes to circa 220,000 euros in most areas including the rural areas.

Also we urgently require a stock of one, two and three bedroom properties in the tourist areas with one bedrooms starting around 110,000 euros

And specifically we require a 3 bedroom bungalow circa 260,000 in any area above the humidity level. A little amount of work is acceptable.
