Limassol municipality has announced free transportation for visitors to the Limassol wine festival in the context of its participation in the European Mobility Week.

The Limassol wine festival is set to commence on Saturday night.

Limassol municipality invites Limassol residents to leave their cars at home and instead use Emel transportation company buses for free for the duration of the festival.

The municipal authorities reached a special arrangement with the Limassol passenger transport company so that everyone can use the buses at no cost to the wine festival, according to its announcement.

Bus line No.30 will be departing from Parklane at 7pm and will be returning at midnight.

According to the municipality, passengers using line No.30 will be able to buy a festival ticket from the bus driver and ride the bus for free.
