It is with absolute regret to report that we are now back in the UK after a brilliant 2 weeks in Cyprus.

We had a great holiday and the weather was perfect. Our villa was a huge disappointment and I have some serious complaining to do now I'm back. Warning to all - never rent with Villa Plus

Our Easyjet flights were good all in all although a bit of a rugby scrum boarding at Paphos - not good with elderly parents in tow !

Had a great afternoon at the ladies coffee meet and also got to meet Pete and yesterday met Neil, Piglet and Barratsbird at the Duckpond. Thanks to all you folks for making us feel so welcome.

Anyway we have decided to come back for another 2 weeks in September so back on the net looking at flights - that's if I ever catch up on all these posts that I've missed

Hi julie
It was nice to meet you and the other half + parents, on wednesday :greetings
sorry but I never have time to sit down and chat, I am always busy at the market..

do what I said the next time , when you are thinking of renting.
make sure you ask here first, you will get a good deal from villa owners
on here

Sorry I missed you Julie - there is always next time.

You left the sunshine behind. It is really hotting up here now. I have had to use the air con in my car for the last two days. Either that or die on the hour and a half drive home from work.

I know Verity it was really hot our last few days - probably a good time to leave - it was making my Dad grumpy

Having said that it has been suprisingly warm and sunny in Manchester today - it won't last

Manchester. Got a great pair of shoes from there when my gay mate took me shopping. Pink. With three inch heels. Wore them to see the Ladyboys.

Can you tell I have had a couple of Bacardi's? My lateral thinking goes a bit wide. My posts degenerate, I'm afraid.

Yiamas, Julie.

I had best go and eat. And then go to bed early. I have to get up for work tomorrow, too. At 5 a.m.

Brings me some luxuries, so I can't complain.

Don't worry about work. Just think - you can show off your tan and tell them all about the good bits and they will all be jealous.  All my colleagues have tans that match mine. So do my clients.
