Just wanted to let everyone know about a new baker I have found.

It’s in Kato Paphos. If you are travelling away from Coral Bay down the TOTK you eventually come to a set of traffic lights with the worlds largest church on your right. Turn right at the lights and then left at the T junction and it about 300 yards on the left hand side.

It’s called Roaster World.

They do loads of stuff as well as fresh bread and it’s really tasty. They are open till 8pm as well.

I picked up his card so if anyone wants his contact details pm me.

To be honest with you I didnt see what was opposite. Its before you get to the Rugby Arms Pub (I think thats its name) on the same side. It is below some apartments though.

Does he bake gluton free bread? Can you ask him when you go in next please?

There were four of us in Imogen's last week who were Coeliac's. A family was in there and the father and two children all have Coeliac's disease. There are more than me around, so it is a useful thing to know if you don't mind asking for me.

Is this the bakery that belongs to the manager of The Almond Tree Restaurant?

Sue.

No hes not the owner of the The Almond Tree Restaurant. The baker your thinking of is opp the Alexandra the Great Hotel. The one i'm talking about is just a baker and I understand he also has a stall at Timmi market on a weekend.

I have ordered two GF loaves to give it a go. A bit expensive, €4.40 for a 500 g loaf, but if it is truly GF and cross contamination in the baking processes as well as the ingredients is taken into considerration, it is worth it for peace of mind.

The flour is imported from Germany, so it may be the same stuff that Harry imports.

Harry's lovely loaves in Geroskipou are €2.70 for a 400 g loaf that he claims are GF. He says they are - others say they aren't. It is a bit of a minefield. I wish I knew how I could be sure.

Drove along Ikarou yesterday - I'm sure Roaster World is no longer there.

No you are right he has moved.

If you pass KFC on the TOTKs right with it on your right a short way out you will find the Akava Resturant on the right hand side. They have gone into partnership with someone and taken over the resturant and started up the bakery there.

I have there tel number if anyone wants it
