The second casulatly of our move (and fortunately there were only two) was my beloved photo printer (Epson Stylus Photo 950). I forgot to remove the ink cartridges before shipping :doh and it had leaked everywhere. I cleaned it as best I culd but to no avail. I had bought about 25 cartridges for this printer which stands me in at some £200 or more so am reluctant to lose this money. Does anyone know where I might be able to buy another 950, or anyone who has one who might like a years supply of ink!!!!!

Thanks Neil but its too late. There was no power to it and maybe rather rashly I relegated it to the skip with the rest of our packing materials.

New one it will have to be. Can anyone suggest anywhere that I can buy one or will it have to be the internet. If so, any recommendations for sites that will deliver safely to Cyprus??? Can't be without a printer for long as I am a mad photographer so how will I print all my new home in Cyprus shots???? Help!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is a shop on the coast road from Peyia to Kato Paphos, in Kissonerga part, called Paphos Computers which i think sell printers. The Epson A4 Multifunction Photo RX585 and RX685 through official Cyprus distributor should be around €210 and €230 (+vat) respectively, R800 cira €390+vat with A3 as you probably know, going for €550+vat or more.

Thanks for that. I will check them out soon. I guess I will have to try and sell the ink on Ebay or something.

I don't think so. The printer model is clearly stated on the packets.

Paphos Computers may be able to help you, I got a new HP C4340 Vivera from them 2 weeks ago after my Epson died on me, its a multi function, ie scan, copy, print & fax with memory card slots for 89 euro's, great value :D

I also have 12 black & 4 Colour cartridges left over from my Epson Styles C46 to sell

Try http://www.demevacomputers.com/ They are based in Limassol, I bought a printer from them a couple of years ago and they deliver by Akis Express, and you just pay the man from Akis when he delivers it to your home.
