Hi Guys

I am considering buying a Steel Frame structure building which has some serious issues with the roof both flat and tiled .
I would like recommendations for a surveyor that could come in and give an overall assessment of the property and highlight works required , this would not be limited to civil and structural, but also to MEP.

Anybody that could suggest a good competent engineer I would be grateful
