There IS room at the Inn this Christmas

If you haven’t decided yet about Christmas, The Haris in Peyia still have some places left for Christmas Day BUT they are filling fast.

I usually go to Haris Bar for breakfast, which I have to say is excellent. I might consider it for Xmas, although the Sunday lunch there yesterday was awful, (sorry to say).
They'll have to do a lot better than that if they want my business.

Had probably the worst lunch their a couple of months ago, 45 minute wait with only two other tables taken.
Tasted like it had been under the hot plate for most of waiting time, slow staff and a "dont give a toss attitude".

Ok so occasionally you get the odd dodgy meal in some establishments, (I get one now and again when the wife cooks), no seriously having eaten in there myself never had an issue good food and good service.
Did you speak to the manager about the staff and poor meal? if not comments about dodgy meals and bad staff are no good as it does not give the owner time to correct any short comings, if however you did complain and nothing was done different matter then voice your feelings.
Just an opinion.

1 + 3 = 4
4 + 2 = 6
6 + 3 = 10
5 + 3 = 8
7 + 2 = 9
5 + 7 = 13
3 + 4 = 7
5 = 1 = 6
6 + 4 = 10

What? is there something wrong?

Just a wee funny I thought I would throw in.

Although reviews are great and can be a good indicator theres nothing like personal experience.

Interestingly if you look on Facebook feedback this is one of the comments.

"This company private mail people (me!) saying they "don't appreciate negative comments!" Well I don't appreciate having below standard food after a lengthy wait, complaining about said food and having no apology from the staff!"

So i'm not alone with having bad service and bad food from this bar.

We are not inclined to risk wasting our money a second time.

I think it depends on who is cooking at Haris on the day.
Never had a bad meal when Stuart cooked but went in the evening when he wasn't and it was awful.
So check who is going to be cooking it before you book maybe?

A while ago I fell foul with the site owners when I was critical of the Haris which is one of the sponsors, granted my comments were a tad over the top and an apology was sent by PM.
May I suggest as they are one of the sponsors, either Neil or Dave have a quite word and highlight the concerns of the diners, just a thought.

I went there when they had a singer on. It took 25 minutes for a waiter to take my drink order, then another 15 minutes for the drink to come, by which time the singer was just finishing and my wife wanted to leave. I went on another occasion, in the summer, with some friends. We sat inside, but when we said we wern't sure whether we would eat or not, we were asked to sit outside, as the indoor tables were for diners. I had a couple of drinks over an hour or so, and saw no more than 3 tables being used.
