A big shout out to Computer SOS
I had a problem with my HP printer which decided not to print ‘black’ The other colours were fine, it just didn’t like black.
Brian stripped it and tried a new print head but that didn’t work so he sent it to HP in Nicosia who said it was a flaw with the memory chip and they were no longer installing new ones for my type of printer.

When I collected my printer yesterday and asked how much, Brian emphasised their policy..NO FIX NO FEE

When my current ‘colour’ ink cartridges run out I will be heading back to them to buy a new printer. Great service guys......THANK YOU

Could not agree more, had a similar problem last month, my old printer (brother) stopped printing even though ink cartridges were full, took it down to Computer SOS, they could do nothing. Bought HP advantage 4535 off them and give me a good discount, took me couple of days to get used to it but now very happy. On top of that they did not charge me to look at old printer.
As Dave said highly recommend them.

Ps Tip from Computer SOS, use your printer once a week, reason for that is in this heat ink tends to stick and dry's out on the printer heads and causes other issues.

Cannot praise Computer SOS enough! The keyboard stopped functioning on my HP laptop. They not only loaned me an external keyboard, but when the new one arrived and was fitted, it was cheaper than the original quote. Excellent service at all times.

Over the years have tried several computer shops for purchases and repairs but since going to Computer SOS over 3 years ago I just go there and have bought two computers, a printer, TV subscription and now happy only to recommend them - such lovely people too!

They didn't resolve your problem, when you got it back it still didn't work.

They fixed my problem in that I didn't know why it wasn't printing black...so problem solved..a dodgy HP chip
