smallish villa in Kathikas. 200,000 tickets at £2 a pop. Either he is being cute or hopeful, good luck to them.

They have the right to delay the draw, change the price.

I seem to recollect this type of event, in the same area, happening quite a while ago, too.
I wonder if is the same one, re-vamped, or a similar event.
