Post subject:  passport photos
We have our interview for the residency application tomorrow morning early.
Form all completed but just realised that it asks for two passport photos but I only can find one.

I have convinced myself that I read somewhere that they now take the photos when you apply.

Any one been recently and knows ?

If not anyone know of a photo booth open early in the morning (around 07:00 ).

We went last year and yes they do take a passport style photo while you are there.

If you are particularly worried about the photos, there is a photo machine in The Mall at Paphos, located on the same floor as you enter when you drive in. It is just inside the entrance doors where you go for the elevator.

Thanks to you both, it looks like I was correct.

We have a 07:45 appointment so will see what happens as some one has said we need revenue stamps on our rental contract.!!!

They take a photo of you whilst you are there, this goes into their computer and they use the image to print onto your yellow slip

Just an update....

Arrived at 07:35 for our 07:45 appointment, got out of the lift only to find all doors locked?

An official looking guy was just leaving so I asked him what time they opened, he said 07:30 then looked at his watch and strode over to one of the doors and pounded on it shouting at the top of his voice in Greek.
"They will be open soon" he said and strode off, The door to the reception opened and a woman told us to sit down, then disappeared into the office.

The reception slowly filled up with couples all looking at the sign that said open at 07:30!!

At 08:00 we were called in and with paper work done inc photos taken and yellow slip in hand we left at 08:15!! :sunny

All in all a fare more efficient service than we had when we moved to Malta, well done Cyprus. :congrats
