I - JGG made a post, which I immediately
decided to remove from forum.

I thought I could just delete it
but seems I'm not allowed to.

I edited the content to "delete".

Nothing untoward or sinister...........

Seems like I'm the "THICKO"

Members are allowed to delete their own posts, as long as another member hasn't posted a reply JGG, in this instance, Mark posted a reply to your post before you decided to delete it but the forum wouldn't allow you to do that becuase it wouldn't be just your post you're deleting you see

Its not that you're not allowed to delete your post, you are but only as long as another member hasn't replied to it :D

So if you want a post deleted completely, you'll need to get an 'ok' from all the other members who've posted a reply & then ask me & I can remove the post for you :D
