A very poignant moment will take place on Friday, I have copied this from the mail, lets hope it is the first step to peace though I doubt will happen for many years.

A formal ceremony to hand over the remains of 17 fallen Greek soldiers from 1974 will take place on Friday in Nicosia.
According to an announcement by the commissioner to the presidency, the remains were identified by the use of DNA. Seven cases concern exhumations and identifications taking place in government controlled areas as part of a Cypriot government programme while the remaining 10 were identified through the Committee on Missing Persons falling under the wing of the UN.

Relatives of the soldiers will be present at the ceremony as will President Nicos Anastasiades and Greeceā€™s Defence Minister Panos Kammenos, which is set to take place at 9am on Friday at the Ayia Sofia church in Strovolos. Archbishop Chrysostomos will take the memorial service.
