Are you really who you think you are?
Have a look at this short video, it’s an eye opener for some people.
Just remember when you are flying your flag…it might not be yours

I've seen this before and, I have to say, I think it is made up nonsense.

You cannot say that someone is 25% German! What is a German? Maybe you can say someone is 25% European but even that is doubtful.
Humans, home sapiens, have been migrating around the world for 10s of thousands of years so your origins get diluted.

Australian aborigines had to come from somewhere, they were not created in Australia. Native Americans share a lot of similarities with the Chinese.

There are distinct differences between some nationalities. Eye shape, skin colour, hair colour, etc. That is just regional variations.

This can easiliy be seen in dog breeds, ( to whom we are distantly related, we are all mammals).

However, we all share the same DNA.

I can trace my direct family back to the 17th century. However, when you go back for every generation you then double the number of ancestors. 2 parents, 4 grandparents, 8 great grandparents, etc. That is 1024 ancestors for 10 generations back.

It is just not feasible that you can pinpoint a particular region for those ancestors.

My sister back in the UK and her Husband did this, I think it cost about £150 each, they sent it off ..the actual DNA test was done in the USA, they also send you peoples names who could be related to you..third/fourth cousins...she actually got in touch with a couple of them, one lady lived two miles away, and they are forth cousins.

GENEALOGY and GENETICS are 2 different things

Genetics is the study of genes, genetic variation, and heredity in living organisms. It is generally considered a field of biology, but intersects frequently with many other life sciences and is strongly linked with the study of information systems.

Genealogy (from Greek: genealogia from genea, "generation" and logos, "knowledge"), also known as family history, is the study of families and the tracing of their lineages and history.

Spoken to my sister, and she told me it was £80 each plus postage to the USA.

I've got to show this to my other half..... he's a good way along with his family tree on both his and sisters' side as well as his brother-in-law.

He's been toying with the DNA test for a while, I think this may very well swing it!
