This is obviously directed at non-residents but I wondered if anyone had used the Easyjet Currency Card and if they found it generally accepted in shops etc but more importantly in hole-in-the-wall Banks/JCC without additional charges?
Normally I just stay in Paphos when I come out so bring sterling to change in the harbour shops as the local P.O. exchange rates are pretty abysmal. The currency card is not as good as the harbour rates but IS better than the P.O.
However in May we are staying 5 nights x Kathikas, Polis and Paphos and the bookings for each are payable on arrival so we'll need money upfront immediately.
I also wondered if there were any currency exchange shops in Polis and how they compared to the Paphos (usually) 2 cents below mid-market rate?

Thanks
