We will be looking for a chef for the 2017 season for the Britannia Restaurant and bar.
will be responsable for setting new menu and general running of the kitchen , must be over 21
Nationality is not a concern as long as they have a good command of english , must be legal to work.
salary depends on experiance ..

Neil, surprised that you haven't stated on here that the most specific requirements will be to carry on your tradition of
World Famous Bacon Rolls? Or will you be carrying on that part of the job yourself. Us customers want some form of guarantee here Neil!!!!!!! :greetings

No change to the world famous Bacon rolls , it for the Restaurant on the nights,
I have decided that I am a cook (ok a good cook ;) ) but I am not a chef and would like to put in a chef and re-vamp the menu,
we have had the same one for 3 years now , so time for a shake-up ..

What happened to the previous Chef? Why would he leave a good job after 3 years?

correct :congrats ........... but I would like to put in a chef , who will be able to work better than me
with his/hers own ideas , plus this year has "gotten" (that word again) off to a great start
and we are very busy , so the reality is if I try to keep this up I wont make the end of the season.
its only May and I am shattered already .. :there
