Friday morning went to the hospital and was injected with something 'radioactive', came back and started to prepare food for my daughter's engagement, went back to the hospital for a scan, came back and finished the food, had a shower got ready and went to the party . . . which was brilliant!

Saturday had family for the day who had come back for the party. Sunday was our darling Isobelles christening and reception . . . she was an absolute angel , back home to cook a Sunday roast, quick shower and off to a birthday party.

I was totally hyper last night and couldn't sleep because I was mulling everything over, so woke up shattered, but what a wonderful time. It's the first time i've had all the children together since my birthday in November

Added to which I packed the cases today for our (hopefully) last trip to Cyprus on Wednesday before we complete on our house there

Oh! I feel better for getting that off my chest

Hope the completion on your house goes smoothly. Get that final completion certificate, we have never received one, nor are likely too.
We are going out a week on Saturday, just for one week. Our old neighbours from Rochdale are staying with us. Martin used to spend many hours pumping water out of our basement, so in many ways it is a thank you.
Just can't wait to spend more time in Anarita. Our letters of resignation are going to be given in tomorrow.

Phew Jackie, what an exhausting but fun weekend!

Engagements, baptisms and partying. Sounds like a great weekend. And a trip to Cyprus to look forward to, too. We were possibly raising a glass of Bacardi and coke at the same time.

Hope the results of your scan are helpful in getting you back to good health.
