Has anyone seen them here in the shops? Or, is there an equivalent in terms of fat, calories, carbs etc?

I can't recall having seen any, but what I tend to do is buy the big tubs of 0% fat Greek yoghurt and just add our own "cornery bits" - honey, fruit, nuts, syrup or whatever - works a treat!

Yeah, think I'll have a look at the Vitaline stuff Marj, and Pete I love the Greek yoghurt too. I'm just being a bit lazy, looked at my Slimming World books (put em down quickly)! Muller light yogs on this eating plan are FREE!!! Actually I might just do my own version and have the 0% greek yoghurt, can't be that much difference?? Hey ho, here we go again :wink:
