After reading an article regarding handbags on tables it has made me STOP and THINK!

In restaurants, whether it be nice crisp clean tablecloth, or plastic one, how many of us actually place handbags on the table before we dine? Well this article also pointed out where our bags had been!! Did we just pop to the toilet before we sat down? Did we place our handbag on the toilet floor?, what bacteria did we pick up on our handbags only to be placed on a table, then removed when eating and if a chip or peice of meat was to accidentally come off plate, how many people actually go ahead and eat it unwittingly giving ourselves the unseen dangers of what?

I wouldnt put my feet on the table so why do we put our bags there, i.e. car mat, toilet floors, pavements, or shop floors I could go on but i wont. Just it is amazing what makes u stop and think. We would normally blame a restaurant/cafe anywhere for being ill but never think of our actions.

Anyway, Im off my soapbox just thought i would share this with you.

im the same jules i go out usually with everything stuffed in pockets too, but was at a wedding on sat and took a bag, in my work i carry about a bag and left it in the same customers house TWICE on different occasions just cause not used to carrying one around ha ha!! now i try and glue it to my shoulder
