How is IPT for 2016 calculated?
I've seen 2 versions:
1. 0.05% flat rate of 1980 value, with 20% discount if paid by 30/Nov/16.
3. 0.6% flat rate of 2013 valuation, with 75% discount for payment by 31/Oct/16.

What are the actual figures? I think the Govt changed it all at the last minute.

I paid based on the 1980 value and received 75% discount. Not sure of what percentage but it was the same as previous years.
