My driving licence is coming up for renewal. I have always got the medical form signed by my private doctor. Can you still do this as not sure if it has changed.

I get my normal GP to sign one form for general medical condition and my eye specialist, whom performed two successful Cateract operations on me for the vision.

Got my forms signed by private Dr.Marangos 99382055 in the Blue Cross and no problem. Got my new OAP driving licence. It cost me €35.00 to see the Dr. and get the forms all signed.

Is Dr Marangos a GP at the Blue Cross? We use Dr Dora at the Blue Cross. Should she be able to do the test then, or does it have to be a doctor with experience of opthalmics?
