Post subject:  New members user names ... NOTICE.
Please note that any one joining the forum with unusual user names ,
gerry821 , packmanxxx freds-kitchens, etc etc , these names will not be accepted and the application
will be voided ..
Please try to stick to normal names , to save dissapointment ..

it would be nice to reinforce the rule retroactively to eliminate some cryptic and obscure nicks

I'm happy to change mine. The 28 is just the day of the month I was born. How would you get around duplicates? Is there already a Linda?

you could add one capital letter of your last name, like LindaB

I did that with mine (added initial) but forgot to use capitals so it just made a daft word. Blonde/senior moment!

It is new accounts from now , it just helps to filter out spambots ...

I can adjust user names if anyone wants ? but I will have to change your
password , you can change the password back afterwards .. ??
