Got new router from cyta after 10years. 4 out of the 5 lights on the top are on but having problems getting Internet on laptop. Is there something I should have done , not tech -minded ?

press the button on the side of the router called WPS = it looks like two arrows in a circle

then try and connect with the wifi on the laptop - if that fails try connecting ethernet cable first then do the same
