On the 19th of November we posted five cards at Kato Paphos P.O., three for UK one for Australia, one for USA. None have arrived. Has anyone else experienced this around that date? If anyone has had the same thing happen, let us know, as we are considering making a complaint and trying to get some answers. I'm not holding my breath on that one! |

I am not sure that it is the Cypriot Post Office that is at fault. When I have posted from here to UK, they have arrived within 5 days. So to me, that says there was no delay from the Cypriot side. However, relatives that have sent me cards FROM THE UK, their cards have taken anything up to 6 weeks. I think it is always going to be a problem to find exactly where the fault is mikenpat. |

We posted all our overseas Christmas cards around the same time as you. Australia,Sth. Africa, Gurnsey and UK. All arrived ok. We have just had our second batch of overseas cards arrive today. |

I received some DVDs the other day that I had ordered from Amazon less than a week ago, well ahead of their advised delivery date. Also a small item from one of Amazon's vendors only took just over a week to get here. The postal services both ends seem to have got their act together this year. |

Received card from Cyprus to Norfolk yesterday. Not sure of postal date because it wasn't franked if that's any help. |

I posted a letter to my granddaughter in the uk in August, it has still not arrived in the uk. Used the post office in Peyia. |

Your experience would indicate that the problem is at the posting end and you should inform customer services at HQ in Nicosia without further delay. |

We posted a Birthday Card to our Grandson at the Generl Post Office here in Cyprus in August and he still hasn't received it. Usually the mail from Cyprus to the UK is pretty quick. Just wondering if someone somewhere thought a Birthday Card it may have money in it and opened it!! |
