Hi Guys
We have a log burner and somewhat new to it
Can anyone advise what can be be cooked with a recipe in these cold times
I assume Jacket Potatoes are obvious , but what have you guys come up with

We do pork belly, traditional loukanika sausages and allsorts on ours using grill racks, oh and last night we toasted local bread drizzled with our own olive oil mixed with our own lemon juice and sprinkled with dried coriander which was heavenly, although you could do it with garlic.

Wild mushrooms are also fabulous especially if you or your partner's foraged them (safely) yourself!

You can cook what you'd do on an outdoor BBQ but just be careful not to make as much mess as we find they can be a bit harder to clean!
