Hi do any of the nice peeps out there know of
any live bacteria (like actimal a bit pricey) drinks made
in Cyprus(name please) and where they are sold please.
Looking for an alternative to the norm imported brand names.

If you go to any Russian shop you will find Kefir wonderful stuff.I have seen it in Lidl but hit and miss if its there or not...Hope this helps xxx

Easy peasy, make your own live yoghart. Keeps for a good while, can mix with anything and tastes a thousand times better than any shop stuff. You can use cows, goats or any other milk you can get hold of.
