Hi Guys

I read today in the Cyprus Mail , that they may set a figure of 350,00 Euros as a ceiling amount wherein they could not force NPL's to reposes a villa .

I wonder how many Cypriot villas who have such NPL's will suddenly have a Five Bedroom with Land and Pool valued at just below that figure , but a house / villa owned by another nationality next door , would have their valued at above that figure ( if they had an NPL ) .

I would love to know how many in the government have NPL's and are sh*tting their pants that this will go through and they will have to lift the mattress and pay up
