I used it Geoff. Now they have taken off the facility to top up your mobile. It was really good to be able to top up on line. I hope they reinstate it.

Fantastic. I have €3 on my card at the moment and was going to have to venture out for a top up card.

Those who know me know I don't venture out anywhere on my own unless it is really necessary. So this will be a big help if they are back on line.

Topped up now. All from the comfort of my own home. Amazing what you can do without even leaving the house these days.

Well I'm off to the UK next week, and for some reason my UK sim will not work  I thought I still had credit on it, although it would be from last October, so it may have run out. So I decided to top up my CYTA sim on line - how simple is that? I could not believe it, and if I do run out in the UK, I can always borrow my brother or nephews computer, and add some more on.

Jean ~ you need to use your uk pay as you go at least once in every 6 month period to retain the connection.

That's what I was told by T mobile and I believe it's the same for all the others .

I've given one of my sons a call every so often just for a couple of mins and I've still got the line .

Yes, Lisa

Just use the link on the first post of this thread - in fact, here it is

https://www.jccsmart.com/ekiosk

Just sign up for it, pick which you want and use your card to buy it. When the number comes up, switch your phone on and key the number in. If you've not got your phone, follow the instructions to do it from another phone. I could not believe how simple it was. If you can't do it from the UK - pm me the number, and your phone number and I will do it from my landline for you - no problem.

While you need to use your UK SIM at least once every six months to retain the number, you should not lose the credit. If the number is discontinued, ask the UK service provider to reinstate your account (and with it the outstanding credit). You can call the UK service provider from Cyprus if necessary.
