Outasite and Myself have requested an English Flag Smillie, but with no response. Neil, can we please have one,
as other British countries have one, so why not us please? You are proud of your Scottish flag, but please understand
we are also proud of ours - which is missing on this site. The Welsh also have a flag, and no problem with that, so
please get our English flag up.

Do the Scots get a vote on this request Neil ? what about a referendum

We think that is the one Neil, we aren't allowed to fly it in England in case it upsets the minorities. This will have to do for the time being.
