Post subject:  HELP
Don't ask me how or why OH ( :evil: ) has managed to do something with the windows media player. Have searched the computer programme files and it is there but when we try to play a CD everything but the player comes up to play it with. Any Ideas please.

Trish try this:-

Start Windows Media Player

Right-Click on the very top bar (above Now Playing, Library etc)

Select Tools and then Options.

Click on the tab for file types and make sure the Music CD Playback is selected
(perhaps you should select all of them).

Click Apply and OK

Then keep your fingers crossed :celebrate

Thanks, after fiddling around (since I am still learning with this Vista my way round the computer) I went into set access programmes and put it as default - all done. :D
