I have had a request to do a guide for side loading filmon to a Nowtv box .

I have used some screen grabs from other guides , and hopefully this should work .

You need to have a PC connected to the same network as your Nowtv box .

On the PC , First get the zip file you are going to side load , remember where you save it to ( I made a folder called Filmon ) DO NOT UNZIP the file .

Next at the Nowtv box . Assuming you're all set up, logged in and faced with the Now TV channel screen, the first step is basically like entering a video game cheat code. With the remote, punch in .

Home, Home, Home, Up, Up, Right, Left, Right, Left, Right

When you get it correct , your TV will show image one , follow the steps . The Nowtv will restart .

Continued in part 2 .

Next on your PC . Once you have chosen the file at six , you will go to seven , click install and the Nowtv box will restart into filmon . On your Nowtv remote click home and you will find the filmon app has been added to your channel list .

Many thanks Number 6 for this info; I will be giving it a go ASAP.
Geoff.

P.S. Bingo! Done it and it works just great. All the Filmon channels on our NOW Box.
Only thing to watch is at the start, the "home home home up up right left right left right"
MUST be keyed in pretty quickly.

Yes spot on. Yesterday I also sideloaded "Filmon" onto our friend's Now TV Box, took me
all of 4 minutes! They were really chuffed, earned myself a few beers!
Geoff.
