Is any one else having problems. Keep loosing connection, server cannot be found, even moved the modem so we didn't require the booster TP link. Still loosing the signal. |

Thanks for that Neil. Have spoken to them, and there is a problem with our line, so hopefully will be sorted soon. |

Well still at a loss re connection to Internet. Phone line was repaired, it was earthing out so they said. And have been upgraded !!! CYTA can see not problems at all. We can have full internet signal, but the server still keeps coming and going. At a loss what to do next, getting fed up of seeing the no connection to server sign. Any suggestions anyone. |

I had a similar problem with windows 8 and BT internet (and Ours), I had an update and for some reason had to put the DNS server in the DHCP client settings on the router. Not sure how to do that with a CYTA router as I do not have one, but maybe someone with one can help. You could try manually putting the DNS server 195.14.130.170 in the network IPV4 settings on the computer to test it. Digby |

Thanks Digby, problem seems to have gone for now, fingers crossed it's okay from now on. |
