Hi Can anyone help for the last few months my clear stream box has been buffering and freezing constantly after being in contact with Triotech they say the speed is to blame I did a speed check and am getting between 3&4 meg constantly the clear stream only needs 2 to be happy when we do a check on the box speed test we are getting less than 1 on the three tests it does this is from the router a TP Link TL-WR741ND everything else my PC laptop phone etc I am getting the correct speed but not through the router to the tv box unit triotech suggested some changes which we have done ie: new cable changing dns servers etc the only thing now seems to the router to change or not can anyone suggest someway of finding out if the router is at fault my ISP man came on Friday he got the thing running at three again but within an hour or so it was back to its old less than 1 here's hoping many thanks Mick. |
