Do you mean DLL resource error?
Do you have a Lexmark printer connected?

Thank you for replying. I have printed it exactly as it appears
on the screen. I have an Epson Stylus 21 connected.

1. Recheck the message. Does it say d11 or dll?

2. Are you running Windows XP or another operating system?

3. When exactly does the message appear? Is it at startup or other time? Does it keep on appearing more than once during a session?

4. Have you added any new software, hardware drivers or done any updates recently?

The first thing I would try is checking your XP installation is up to date, running virus scanners and spyware etc scanners.

If that does not help try uninstalling Skype and see if the problem goes away.

If not I would do a system restore prior to the original Skype installation.

If that does not work I would try re-installing the printer drivers although it is not Epson but Lexmark and Dell that are known to get this problem.

If that does not work you have a more serious problem which needs studying on the machine to discover a possible missing/corrupt file or bad registry entry.

Could be a registry problem. Happens a lot when you delete something, uninstall or install a program.

One program purely for sorting this kind of problem I could never be without is Glary Utilities:
http://www.glaryutilities.com

Download the free version and click on 'One-click solution' or something like that. Run it...click repair when it comes up with how many problems...you'll be surprised...and then try restarting you comp.

Any clarification or if this doesn't work...feel free to ask
