Hi All

I've just brought a Nintendo Wii USB Connector from England to use on our wii over here, but I can't connect to anything. It says the connection is ok, but it says the Wii Channels are unavailable!
Is that because we live in Cyprus :( and I've just bought a useless piece of .. equipment?

Hope someone can help

Carollynne

Hi.

I dont have a wii so am making assumptions.

You can't use the online service on the wii ?

You are connecting to a internet enabled network with some sort of USB wireless/wired device ?

I have a Nintendo wii and we connect to the internet wirelessly no problem without a USB, are you trying to connect through a computer directly? I think it is designed to be a wireless connection?

Hi Carollyne,

Yep the Wii does indeed have a inbuilt wireless so there shouldnt be any need for a USB Wifi dongle. Sorry its a bit late :doh
